I love me some dogs. The hot dogs were cooked so well and the sauce on the Tokyo Signature perfect with the toppings. The garlic fries weren't as garlicy as id like but still good.

Got our food delivered via Uber Eats and our food was intact and still warm! We ordered the 2 hotdog combo - Kyoto dogs and they were really good! Nice and snappy, brioche bun was not soggy, the toppings were just right and not overwhelming. The fries were nicely battered and crispy!! My expectations were that these hotdogs will but just okay, but I was pleasantly surprised and would come back and try their other hotdogs next time!

This spot has very unique style of hot dogs on the menu! The portions are very decent! I don't mind paying more! I get it! As long as I feel I got my moneys worth and this place definitely met that expectation! Good job! I ordered the bulgogi hot dog with chipotle loaded fries! This is the order to get! Huge flavors and greatly portioned! I couldn't finish it all! I also washed it down with a pineapple upside down shake! This also smacked! It tastes delicious! I'd say these customer service was good! I asked for suggestions on the menu and the employee gave me great recommendations! Especially on the loaded chipotle fries! I was actually the only customer inside! This was around 2pm! Probably lunch rush over being over! Inside was neat and organized! I like the vibrant color and plenty of signage of there brand! I'd visit again to try more of the menu items! There chili dog looks oof the hook and if the bulgogi style hot dog is good, I'm sure the chili one is fantastic!

My previous review was when it was called Umai Hot Dogs. It appears the previous owner is now working this franchise Frank & Furter's. There is more to order from the menu along with desserts. I ordered the Chicago but got Coney instead. The hot dog was big with all the toppings. I immediately got full from it. I took two bites of my corn dog so I can taste how it is fresh. The smell reminds me of corn bread. I refrigerated the rest for later. When eating the hot dog, it reminded me of the beach boardwalk hot dog stand. What a memory. The place is trendy looking and you order from the kiosk. No one was at the register when I came in. Seeing the trend that we order from kiosks instead. It's a great, casual place to hang with a group of friends or family. Located in a shopping center where you can relax browsing around.

I've seen a few foodies talk about this place and needed to try. It was very clean inside, with plenty of seating. Food came out in around 10 minutes. I tried the texas forever dog and the smokin chipotle dog. Both were delicious. The texas had a bit of sweetness from the bbq sauce and made quite a mess with the chili. For the chipotle dog, I subbed the polish sausage for a beef hot dog. The chipotle dog was simpler, but all the toppings worked well together. However, I do wish they put more fried pickles on the dog, I only had two small pieces. As a pickle lover, I was disappointed that they weren't in every bite.

First review of 2025! I first know about this place in Westfield Mall, but decided to go to a different location where it has its own place rather than it being a vendor in the food court. I think this place used to be branded at UMAI Savory Hot Dogs. Now, it's rebranded as Frank and Furter's I think. The place looks nice inside despite being small. In terms of food, they do taste similar as the ones from UMAI. They probably have tweaked some ingredients though. They also run good deals of certain foods whose first letter of their words are the same as the ones from weekdays. And they come with FREE fries. The fries are regular or large size? Man, seems like a good deal to me! Food is great overall and will definitely come back here to try different styles!

Very interesting hot dog spot. The hot dogs cost between $8 to $10+, so it's not cheap. It's definitely not $1.50 hot dogs at Costco. It's different and more tasty but it's a bit pricey. I'm not sure how often I'll come here bc I can prbly buy a pack of buns and hot dogs for cheaper. I tried the Chicago and it's good and basic for me. This spot is worth a try and if you're hanging out at one of the boba shops nearby and get hungry then definitely come grab a hot dog for a snack. Few tables inside and looks like they prefer if you use their kiosk to self order.

I used to go here when it was Umais, so we figured it might still be the same. When we entered, the decor and tables looked exactly the same as they did before. The restaurant was very clean and there were 2 diners sitting in to eat. There was pop music in the background but not where it was too loud where you couldn't have a conversation. We ordered on the kiosk. Everything was easy to navigate. We were starving so we ordered a good amount of food: - Sonoran : 9/10 great taste, loved the bacon bits, tomatoes were fresh and the sauce was perfect - Build your own hot dog : 7/10 our choices and combo sounded great and they came out good but not perfectly what we wished it would taste - Philly cheesesteak fries : 8/10 very delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked in my opinion. However I wish there was more cheese sauce - bulgogi fries : 8/10 also very delicious. So much flavor. However there was a little bit too much sauce which became overpowering towards the end. - upside down pineapple shake : 7/10 a creamier milkier version of a dole whip. It was good but we probably wouldn't get it again. - Arnold Palmer : 8/10 we made our own lemonade and black tea combo and it was good! Overall, the food came out quickly after we ordered. All supplies and everything were easily accessible which didn't require much interaction with the employees. We would come back for sure!

Hot dogs, milkshakes, burgers, loaded fries, dessert... @franknfurters has something for everyone! They have amazing fusion flavors from bulgogi, Chicago, and even impossible meat selection. You can choose from one of their signature creations or customize your own! The choices are endless and we can't wait to come back and try some more. Staff was sooo nice and the place is small but open. Tip: Download and register for their app and you can get $5 off your next order!
